When you visit our website https://www.curepde.org and use our services, you trust us with your personal information. We take your privacy very seriously. In this privacy policy (this “Policy”), we seek to explain what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have in relation to it. We hope you take some time to read through it carefully, as it is important. If there are any terms in this privacy policy that you do not agree with, please discontinue use of our Sites and our services.

This privacy policy applies to all information collected through our website, such as https://www.curepde.org/ (the “Site”), and/or any related services (we refer to them collectively in this privacy policy as the 'Services'). 1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

In addition, in the course of ensuring network security and consistent service for all users, we employ software programs to do such things as monitor network traffic, identify unauthorized access or access to nonpublic information, detect computer viruses and other software that might damage our computers or the network, and monitor and fine-tune the performance of our network and this Site. In the course of such monitoring, these programs may detect additional information from your computer such as your IP address, addresses from network packets, and other technical information. Any such information is used only for the purpose of maintaining the security and performance of our networks and computer systems.

5. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

  8. Make other internal and lawful uses of that information that are compatible with the context in which you provided it.

Exercising Access, Data Portability, and Deletion Rights, and Withdrawing Consent

To exercise the access, data portability, and deletion rights described above or to withdraw your consent to processing of your personal information, please submit a verifiable consumer request to us by either:

• Emailing us at info@curepde.org with the type of request you are making (“Data Deletion Request”, “Data Access Request”, or “Data Portability Request”) in the subject line.

Only you, or a person authorized by law to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your personal information.
You may only make a verifiable consumer request for access or data portability twice within a 12-month period. To verify that you are the data subject who the request relates, please:

• Provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected personal information or an authorized representative.

We will only use personal information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor’s identity or authority to make the request.

Personal Information Sales Opt-Out and Opt-In Rights

As described above, we only disclose your information for business purposes to certain service providers who agree to handle your data safely and for only those purposes. We do not knowingly disclose your personal information to any third-parties in exchange for monetary compensation or for their (or another party’s) marketing purposes. Therefore, there is no need to opt-out of this practice as we do not engage in it. We will respond to any requests to exercise a right to opt-out of the sale of data with this information.

Opting out of email communication

You can unsubscribe from our email list at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the emails that we send. You will then be removed from the email list; however, we may still need to send you service- related emails that are necessary for the administration and use of the Site. We do not sell your information to third-parties for marketing purposes nor do we share your information outside of the scope of this Policy; therefore, there is no need for you to opt-out of these practices, though you may confirm this by emailing us at the address below.

CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Policy.

11. DO EUROPEAN UNION RESIDENTS HAVE SPECIFIC PRIVACY RIGHTS?

In Short:
Yes, residents of the EU are granted specific rights concerning filing a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Each member state of the European Union has established one or more supervisory authorities that are empowered to promote and enforce the General Data Protection Regulation. If you reside in the European Union, you may submit a complaint regarding your personal information to a supervisory authority. This right is in addition to the rights discussed in this Policy.
